The shoe is so beautiful, customer service responded quickly and was very helpful. I wish they made the heel narrower because my heel slips out a bit when I walk (Adding a thin insole and heel cushions helped) It's not that the sizing is wrong for me, the length is perfect, it's just my really narrow feet. Also, the soles have no grip so they're kinda slippery. But I love them, they look so good with everything!!!
I am between sizes- a true 9.5. I ordered the size 9 or 40 eu in the Kitty extra black gold and PERFECT FIT. My foot it wider in width so I was a bit hesitant sizing down but reading the recommendations to size down I’m glad I did. These shoes where worth the money. The leather feels like butter and feels so comfortable. This design is so lovely and I’m glad I brought these. I have received so many compliments already! Thanks Labucq for producing such a wearable and beautiful product!
I got these shoes because they are so beautiful and we’re exactly what I’m looking for. However, within the first month of me wearing them, the soles were braking and I had to get the heel resoled. I brought them to a high end cobbler and they looked great. Now, about 5 months later, the front sole on both shoes are coming off. These shoes are so beautiful but if you’re planning on walking in them, you’ll end up spending a lot more money than the price listed.
